With expertise in Project Development & Resort Operations, including Joint Business Ventures along USA/Northwestern México border, Luis’ collaborations encompass featured projects ranging from Civic Centers, Museums, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Banks, Gated “resort style living” Communities, Boutique Hotels, Vacationing Villas, Custom Homes, secluded Estates, Single-Family Homes & Multifamily Condominiums.

Luis' former professional experiences in the USA, México, Europe and the Caribbean include having worked with world-renowned architects Hans Hollein, Gunther Domenig, Paolo Piva and late Randy Dalrymple. The latter eleven year tenure includes publicly traded Grupo URBI, 2nd largest land developer/residential builder headquartered in México, where he held dual posts as Design Director & Director of Operations in Hospitality Division subsidiary. More recently his partnered development firm built projects obtaining non-bank banks’ funding, through Mexican equivalent of Fannie Mae.

Luis heads Development of Mixed Use/Commercial Assets & Custom Home divisions plus talented local and international Consultants & Contractors, whilst interacting with in-house finance, sales & marketing team from project inception to turn-key, leading throughout feasibility, entitlement, design, permitting, planning, scheduling and construction, developing long term partnerships and alliances with strategic purveyors. He represents owner's group portfolio as liaison communicating company’s key messages, setting up positive industry relationships with community support groups, public service agencies, local authorities and all levels of government officials for successful Resort Development project delivery.

A trained Architect native from Caracas, Venezuela, Luis attended Universidad Central de Venezuela and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, speaks four languages, favors reading Business, Management and Leadership publications, enjoys playing Chess, and is passionate about diplomatic approach to relationship building.

His family has joined him in Loreto from Coronado - Ca., committing their share in Sustainable Development at the Villages of Loreto Bay.
