Cathie Jeffrey is a member of the Pacific Northwest Office sales team. She was born and raised in Victoria , and after having traveled and lived abroad, she chose to make this city home again for herself, her husband Trent, and two boys – Grant, 11 and Colin, 6.

Cathie’s love of real estate, architectural design, and attention to detail began early on as she tagged along with her Realtor father through newly built or renovated homes and later as she worked in real estate offices during her high school days. Her dad taught her to see what “was” and what “could be” in a house, and to interpret clients’ needs or wishes into their perfect house fit. Her chosen studies reflected her love of architectural history, as does her vast collection of photographs of buildings old and new taken during her travels.

Excellence in customer service has been a consistent element in everything Cathie has done, from her years in investment banking through her most recent years in sales and marketing for two major North American companies, and marketing and optimization account management with one of North America ’s largest on-line directories. When the opportunity to work for a company that not only shares the same commitment to excellence, but also takes that commitment and extends it to one of excellence in sustainability presented itself - Cathie knew she had found where she needed to be.

As well as enjoying her position with the Loreto Bay Company, Cathie has spent many years organizing local artisan shows, volunteering as a board member for schools and charity events, coaching kids’ soccer, and attending photography school to feed her creativity. Working with the Loreto Bay Company is a perfect fit for her love of the outdoors, travel, photography, and meeting new and interesting people.
