Stacey Boltz

Stacey Boltz brings a diverse background in national and international marketing and public relations, primarily in the real estate and golf development industries, to her position as Vice President of Marketing at Loreto Bay Company, where she is responsible for home sales and tourism advertising, public relations, Web communications, special events and other marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Loreto Bay, Stacey was Director of Sales and Marketing for Newland Communities, Mountain Region, managing all aspects of marketing for the company’s communities in Colorado, Nevada and Arizona -- including Union Park in Las Vegas and Estrella Mountain Ranch, a 20,000 master-planned community in Goodyear, Arizona.

A veteran of the real estate marketing industry, Boltz previously headed Boltz and Company, Inc., a marketing consultancy firm specializing in research-driven strategic marketing. Boltz guided full-service integrated sales and marketing programs for a variety of clients including Lyle Anderson Companies, Vistoso Partners, Shea Homes, Sunbelt Holdings, Desert Mountain Properties, Superstition Mountain Properties, and Cherokee Plantation -- a South Carolina-based partnership established by one of the founders of The Ritz Carlton.

Boltz also served as director of marketing for real estate developer Lyle Anderson, where she created and implemented marketing strategies, developed club membership programs and managed comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns for well-known Arizona communities, including launch communications campaigns for Superstition Mountain and Desert Mountain. She also spearheaded the marketing for Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland, including the Loch Lomond World Invitational, and Las Campanas in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Additional career accomplishments include serving as membership director for Del Webb Corporation's first non-age restricted community in the Valley, Terravita in Scottsdale.

An accomplished journalist for local newspapers and city magazines, Boltz holds a degree in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
