Broker Licensure

Loreto Bay conducts real estate activity in the following jurisdictions through Real Estate Broker Edwin J. Ricketts:

Loreto Bay also conducts real estate through other licensed brokers in certain jurisdictions.  However, some jurisdictions do not require licensure as a real estate broker as a requirement to solicit or market within those jurisdictions.  Nor does Loreto Bay solicit or market within all jurisdictions.

Land Registrations

Some U.S. states and Canadian provinces require a land registration filing before marketing in these jurisdictions.  Loreto Bay is committed to providing this information to all prospective buyers, irrespective of where they reside.  Thus, in a jurisdiction which has no land registration, Loreto Bay provides a courtesy disclosure statement that contains substantially the same information as the required land registrations.
