Mike Ravenhill President of Village Homes
Mike Ravenhill brings more than 20 years of customer service experience in the tourism, hospitality and private corporate industries to his position as Vice President, Customer Services for Loreto Bay Company. His responsibilities are working with all divisions to develop and oversee all the customer service standards in respect to systems, communication and quality control.
Previously Michael has worked with top resorts and tourism associations in North America. Since 1998, he has worked with Tourism British Columbia as the leader behind the development and implementation of the Visitor Information Center's Quality Service Evaluation Program. He has authored more than 20 human resource development programs with application in multiple industries. |
