Trey Brandt has been with the Loreto Bay sales team since September 2004. Prior to this, he was a licensed securities broker with Charles Schwab for five years in the Phoenix office, where he worked on the securities trading desk and Business Development team. This was a fantastic job, but real estate had always been of interest to him, and he chose to pursue it with Loreto Bay and he has not looked back since. Trey wanted a job that presented a unique opportunity in the real estate market. When he found out about The Villages of Loreto Bay and the incredible project they were undertaking, he knew this is what he wanted to pursue.

Born in Dallas, and raised in Phoenix, Trey has always been a Southwest person at heart. For high school, he attended New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, and is currently a Chapter Director for the Arizona Alumni Association. For college, he graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Arizona in Tucson.

In his spare time, which is currently very little between work and his 8-year-old son, he enjoys many activities. He likes investing in real estate, traveling to Europe and South America, hiking obscure trails in Arizona's backcountry and Grand Canyon, camping, and the occasional Nicaraguan cigar. Trey is an aviation buff and recently wrote a book, Faded Contrails, which portrays Arizona's military aviation history.
