Laurie Sanborn has been selling new homes in the greater Phoenix area for nearly 20 years, and has been a top producer at both Shea Homes and Taylor Woodrow Homes. Laurie has received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” presented by the Home Builder's Association of Central Arizona. She brings to Loreto Bay a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism that have made her very successful in the real estate industry.

Laurie is originally from Minneapolis and moved quite a bit growing up. She lived in Wisconsin, North Dakota, and back to Minneapolis. She then moved on to Chicago, where she was in the steel business for many years and started in her sales career. After spending 15 years in Chicago and having vacationed quite a bit in Arizona, the warmer weather finally won out over the windy city.

Laurie lives in Scottsdale and spends a lot of time enjoying her beautiful new home in Loreto Bay. She loves to hike, bike, kayak, sail, and enjoy the sun, so Loreto Bay is definitely the place for her to be. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. And she can't wait to have them join her in Loreto Bay.
