“Loreto Bay is all about walkability and livability,” says David Butterfield, President of the Trust for Sustainable Development. “The streets and paths are designed to make the whole community pedestrian friendly. Each neighborhood has shops, grocery stores and services within an easy walk of homes. And little parks and plazas add to the fun of the journey. New Urbanism produces a town like those great villages in Europe and old Mexico, where you really feel invited into the community.”

When completed, The Villages of Loreto Bay will be a seaside community of approximately 6,000 homes with mixed-use buildings, narrow, walkable streets and authentic architecture that exists in harmony with its surroundings.

Planned Village Highlights:
- A Town Center lined with shops and restaurants, a short walk away from all village homes
- The five-star Loreto Bay Beach Club
- The David Duval Designed Loreto Bay Golf Club
- 5,000 acre Natural Preserve
